1. Where can I find a copy of City Ordinances?

The City of Vernon Code of Ordinances can be accessed online under Services on our website. Copies can also be obtained from the CIty Secretary office at City Hall.

2. Are we currently under any drought conditions or water restrictions?

At the current time we are not under any water use restrictions, however we should all practice good water conservation measures.

3. Where can I get a building permit?

Building, demolition, sign, HVAC, electric, and plumbing permits may be obtained at City Hall located south of the Wilbarger County Courthouse at 1725 Wilbarger Street.
