Where can I get a building permit?
Building, demolition, sign, HVAC, electric, and plumbing permits may be obtained at City Hall located south of the Wilbarger County Courthouse at 1725 Wilbarger Street.

How do I submit a code enforcement complaint?
Code enforcement complaints are received, documented, and inspected by the City Code Enforcement Officer. Complaints may be reported to City Hall at (940) 552-2581.

How much do building permits cost?
Building permit fees are based upon the cost of construction for your project. Please contact the Community Development Department at (940) 552-2581 for more information.
