1. Are we currently under any drought conditions or water restrictions?

At the current time we are not under any water use restrictions, however we should all practice good water conservation measures.

2. How can I report a street light that is not working?

You may call Bob Cochran at (940) 552-9961 and report the outage.

3. Who do I call to report a sewer that is backed up or stopped up?

You may call either Alan Powell at (940) 552-9961 ext. 3 or City Hall at (940) 552-2581, or after hours and weekends you may call the Vernon Police Department at (940) 553-3311 (please do not dial 9-1-1).

4. How do I report my trash not being picked up?

You would want to notify IESI at 877-592-5030

5. If I have extra trash that doesn't fit in my container what should I do?

You should contact IESI at 877-592-5030 and request bulky item pick up.
