What number do I call when I need an officer to respond?
If inside the Vernon city limits call (940) 553-3311 for Non-Emergency Situations or 9-1-1 for all Emergencies (ex. Ambulance, Fire or Police). If incident occurs outside city limits please call the Sheriff’s Department at (940) 552-6205 between the hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday, or 9-1-1 anytime.
