Community Clean-up Day Community Clean-up is open to any City of Vernon resident. We will have 12 roll-offs for this event. You can bring your dump items to the Old Gibson's lot at 2707 Frontage Road US 287, Vernon, TX from 8am until roll-offs are full. We CANNOT take batteries, tires or refrigerators. All limbs need to be taken to the dump station at 11053 County Rd. 97 N. Paper Pig will offer FREE shredding courtesy of the Vernon Chamber of Commerce
